Itape is seeking a Production Maintenance Tech to support the plant with maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-driven equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and coordinate with production staff to minimize downtime.

Role requires strong troubleshooting skills, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and willingness to work in hot environments. On-site, full-time position with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and ongoing opportunities to advance within the

Qualifications

5+ years in industrial maintenance.
Extensive troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, AC/DC drives, and welding.
Proficient in English writing and basic math; able to read schematics and manuals.

Responsabilités

Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment, including motors, relays, and switches up to 480-volt three-phase.
Performs preventive maintenance and maintains records for safe, reliable operation.
Acts as a point of contact for production personnel on maintenance issues and equipment downtime.
Diagnoses and repairs forklifts, pumps, hydraulics, and related equipment.
Maintains and replenishes parts inventory; communicates safety concerns and equipment issues.
