• Monitors production losses and waste.
• Ensures a safe working environment for employees/contractors.
• Participates in accident investigation processes.
• Performs shift supervisor duties when needed.
• Promotes positive employee relations.
• Ensures compliance with company policies (EEO, safety, etc.).
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
