Responsibilities

• Directs the operation of shift production, including checking formulas, assigning work tasks, monitoring procedures and schedules to ensure adherence to standards.
• Reviews records and procedures to ensure proper use of time and materials; performs inspections for quality.
• Ensures equipment is in good operating condition and maintains a safe working environment.
• Promotes positive employee relations and interdepartmental cooperation; enforces safety policies.
