Job summary

Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. in Bryan, Ohio, is seeking a Production Manager who will serve as the operational business leader for the Bryan facility. You will own safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and workforce stability across all shifts, reporting to the VP of Operations.

You will lead through supervisors to ensure consistent standards, drive continuous improvement, and align day-to-day execution with long-term growth, capacity expansion, and capital projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive a zero-incident safety culture through leadership, training and accountability.
• Lead and align production shifts to operate as a high-performing organization.
• Develop KPIs for safety, quality, cost and delivery; analyze trends and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to improve uptime and processes.
• Support PPAP/Engineering processes for new product introductions and documentation.
• Manage department labor and operating costs within budget; identify cost reductions.
• Develop supervision and succession planning; build cross-training to reduce risk.
