Job summary

Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize our Cold Forming Operations in Bryan, Ohio. You will drive process improvements, safety, throughput, and waste reduction across the manufacturing line.

You will lead lean and six sigma initiatives, partner with maintenance, product engineering, and quality teams, and oversee automation upgrades, documentation, and training to ensure reliable, cost-efficient production of fasteners for SPAX, TRUFAST, and TRUFASTWalls brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in fastener forming.
• Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma green or black belt preferred.
• Experience with automation and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the cold forming process to improve throughput and reduce costs.
• Analyze equipment performance and drive bottleneck improvements.
• Develop standardized work, line balancing, and changeover reduction.
• Lead automation projects, vendor selection, and ROI validation.
• Create training materials and support onboarding for manufacturing teams.
