Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years in related industry; 5+ years supervisory experience in meat processing.
• Knowledge of OSHA, USDA and HACCP regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling expenses and maintaining safety, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Oversee shift operations and supervise production supervisors.
• Coordinate with department heads to meet production, quality, yields, and labor standards.
• Lead by example and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
