Job summary

Daikin Applied, a leader in HVAC, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Faribault, MN, on 2nd shift. You will coordinate shipping/receiving, supervise staff, and implement procedures to ensure efficient material handling and timely customer support.

The role requires a High School diploma and 5+ years of related experience; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred. The salary ranges from $66,000 to $108,800 per year.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications between shipping/receiving and customer service/purchasing to ensure quality support.
• Develop and execute procedures for handling, packaging, labeling, shipping, and receiving materials.
• Assign daily tasks to shipping/receiving staff based on resources and shipping volumes.
• Schedule temporary employees as needed based on workload and resources.
• Train and monitor staff in job functions, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve warehouse service to Daikin customers.
• Improve warehouse policies to boost profitability, customer support, and employee well-being.
• Collaborate with Daikin parts groups to resolve business issues.
• Enforce company policies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
