Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a General Manager of Production for our Oklahoma plant. You will direct and train supervisors, oversee safety, quality, yields, and labor standards, and drive continuous improvement across production lines.

This leadership role requires strong problem solving, cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to manage projects to completion while maintaining USDA/OSHA compliance and a safe, sanitary operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of production techniques, yields, quality, USDA and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train supervisors across production areas.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food safety compliance.
• Monitor yields, labor standards, and quality performance; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Coach frontline supervisors to manage time, activity, and behavior for planned opportunities.
