Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a skilled supervisor trainer to direct and coach production supervisors on all facets of the operation. You will oversee documentation, yields, time and attendance, discipline, motivation, and safety problem solving to improve performance, quality, and morale.

The role requires 3+ years in a supervisory role, familiarity with processing floors, and HACCP knowledge; travel may be required, and relocation assistance is eligible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role; Tyson experience preferred.
• Familiarity with processing floor operations; HACCP knowledge a plus.
