Qualifications

• RV or van conversion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production tasks to meet output and quality targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions accurately.
• Inspect components and assemblies for quality compliance.
• Document production data and support root cause investigations.
• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Support implementation of process improvements and new procedures.
• Participate in regular training to stay current with production standards and best practices.
