Job summary

Pebble in Fremont, CA is seeking a Material Handler to ensure smooth flow of materials in production, maintain inventory accuracy, and support logistics.

You will work with manufacturing and logistics teams, operate forklifts, run audits, and implement process improvements to reduce waste and downtime. This role requires 3+ years of experience and familiarity with SAP/NetSuite/Oracle, with a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a material handler or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable of cycle counts and physical inventory practices.
• Experience with receiving, pick, pack, and putaway.
• Experience in using warehouse management software and databases (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely distribution of materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with the production team to forecast material needs and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Utilize material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all material handling activities.
• Assist in resolving any inventory discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Train and mentor new material handlers, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support continuous improvement initiatives.
