Job summary

Enpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Lead to coordinate daily production activities and support shift performance through leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on involvement as needed.

You will influence production targets, quality performance, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring teammates and optimizing workflow on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or relevant production environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in production, assembly, machining, or similar areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities on the floor to meet production, quality, safety, and operational priorities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure production schedules are met.
• Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and optimize workloads for efficiency and quality.
• Oversee training, onboarding, and development of team members on processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist in lean manufacturing efforts including 5S and kaizen, driving continuous improvement.
• Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality, and maintenance.
