Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Production/Material Planner to coordinate production from development to delivery for Express. You will partner with Design and Production to align development with financial targets and lifecycle calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing/sourcing, preferably in apparel retail.
• Experience coordinating production from development through delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute production strategy from development to supplier allocation and delivery.
• Guide partners to meet Express product strategy while optimizing cost and lead times.
• Negotiate fabric and garment costs to improve AUC and lead times.
• Manage development samples and calendars with Design and Production teams.
• Collaborate with factories, mills, and vendors to project volume and capacity.
