PHOENIX Retail, LLC, the parent of Express, seeks a Production Assistant at its Columbus Corporate Headquarters to act as liaison between internal teams and the global vendor base to execute product strategy and manage department Purchase Orders. You will oversee on order management, sample coordination, and timely communication to keep orders, milestones, and initiatives progressing.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 0–3 years of experience are expected.

• 0-3 years of experience; manufacturing/sourcing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate on order and sample management with internal teams.
• Update and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Support Go-To-Market calendar and company initiatives.
• Analyze data using company reporting to inform deliverables.
