Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express and Bonobos, seeks a liaison between internal teams and the vendor base to execute product strategy at its Columbus Corporate Headquarters.

You will own on-order management, manage samples, and support the Go-To-Market calendar, using reporting to deliver timely, accurate results. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 0–3 years of experience, and strong communication in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 0-3 years in manufacturing/sourcing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• On order management: Leads all on order placement for the department and ensures accuracy.
• Sample management: Order and manage samples from external vendors to meet due dates.
• Lead communication for upcoming order commitments.
• Support Senior/Production Coordinators to execute the Go-To-Market Calendar and company initiatives.
• Use company reporting to analyze data for cross-functional deliverables.
• Participate in weekly cross-functional partner meetings to communicate status changes.
• Attend Go-To-Market milestone meetings.
• Support production leads with projects and company initiatives.
