Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a diversified global sourcing strategy to deliver quality, speed and cost.
• Align sourcing with operational excellence, customer focus, and financial targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sourcing and product execution.
• Oversee multi-season sourcing plans including capacity planning and on-time delivery.
• Direct vendor management to enhance agility, drive innovation, and competitive advantage.
• Strengthen risk assessment to ensure sourcing continuity and compliance.
• Collaborate with merchandising, design, planning, and supply chain to forecast seasonal needs.
• Drive process improvements to reduce cost and lead times while improving quality.
• Ensure all partners meet compliance, sustainability, and social responsibility standards.
• Build and develop a high-performing sourcing organization.
