Job summary

Raytheon’s ALEGS department in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware to drive cost, schedule and technical oversight across the product lifecycle. You will enable development and sustainment of airborne electrical products with hands-on testing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Operations, Supply Chain and Quality, troubleshooting complex electronics, and supporting test automation. Travel is <10% annually; 2nd shift from 3pm to 12am.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years’ prior relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
• Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually
• Shift Information: 2nd Shift (3pm - 12am)
