Job summary

Chromalloy in Newnan, GA seeks a Sr. Supervisor, Production Engineering to lead NPI, yield improvement, and process optimization across engineering and repair teams. You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources while aligning with strategic goals, IPM/QPM and ISO-9000 standards.

You'll collaborate with internal customers and program teams to deliver new products and processes, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence across MOS-based performance metrics.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering in Aerospace, Materials, Mechanical or related discipline.
• Minimum of 6-years’ experience in Aerospace or Industrial gas turbine manufacturing, or component repair.
• Previous Supervisor experience.
• Detail knowledge of gas turbine component manufacturing, or repair processes.
• Capable of developing and monitoring project budgets, schedules, resource needs, and timelines.

Sr. Supervisor, Production Engineering

Key Responsibilities

INDENG

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
