Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Sr. Production Engineer to direct operations at a water chemical treatment facility, spanning Production and Logistics. You will set technical strategy, drive process excellence, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities include overseeing MOC/PSM programs, performing advanced process designs, and guiding cross-functional teams to optimize OEE, CAPEX/OPEX, and supplier partnerships across regional operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering or related field.
PE license preferred but not required.
PSM/Process Safety certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

Directs and governs MOC and PSM programs; sets standards for operational excellence.
Oversees advanced process engineering designs, mass/heat transfer analyses, and equipment performance evaluations.
Leads root-cause investigations and drives systemic, long-term corrective actions.
Shapes engineering best practices via regional/global networks; champions new technologies.
Manages high-impact engineering portfolios and strategic decision-making with executive autonomy.
Provides data-driven direction and innovative solutions across production and logistics interfaces.
Leads key engineering initiatives with global engineering leadership alignment.
