Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to design, build, and operate the reliability platform across AWS, GCP, Azure and on‑prem environments. You’ll own observability, incident tooling, and infrastructure‑as‑code to deliver reliable production systems.

You’ll lead on technical direction, mentor engineers, and implement canary deployments and release safety strategies while reducing toil through automation and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Extensive engineering experience designing, building, deploying and operating production infrastructure.
• Experience with multi‑cloud and on‑prem environments and IaC tooling.
• Strong automation and monitoring mindset with incident ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate reliability and infra services across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on‑premises.
• Improve error attribution, alert routing, and observability patterns with SLIs/SLOs.
• Own canary deployments, smoke tests, roll‑backs and release safety processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers, reduce on‑call burden through automation.
