You will work closely with reservoir and facilities engineers to implement production strategies and troubleshoot any issues that arise. The successful candidate will have a strong background in production optimization and a commitment to safe and sustainable operations within the Free State 's Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production data from wells and facilities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for artificial lift optimization, artificial lift system design, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of production facilities, including separators, pumps, and pipelines.
• Conduct performance reviews of wells and fields, recommending workovers, recompletions, or interventions.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers on production forecasting and field development planning.
• Ensure all production activities adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental regulations in Welkom.

Requirements
