Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a Senior Production Coordinator for our apparel client in New York City. This onsite role requires daily coordination with overseas factories, overseeing sample approvals, trimming and fabric checks, and maintaining critical production calendars.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in apparel production, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience in apparel
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese speaking is a plus

• Ensure data is entered for shipping and POs
• Responsible for understanding and analyzing customer requirements
• Work cross-functionally with design, sales, etc.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience in production in an apparel environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
