Job summary

ICER Brands Services LLC, Brooklyn Cloth's parent, is seeking a Senior Production Coordinator in New York City to manage the production process from purchase order through final delivery for assigned product categories. You will coordinate with overseas factories and cross-functional teams to keep programs on schedule, within quality standards, and aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apparel production experience.
• Experience working with overseas factories and vendors.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Simparel ERP/PLM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production lifecycle from purchase order through shipment.
• Communicate daily with overseas vendors to monitor production and resolve issues.
• Maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars and Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports.
• Coordinate sample approvals, production milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Partner with Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Merchandising, and Logistics throughout the production process.
• Review costing, monitor raw materials, and maintain production records.
• Ensure timely communication of production updates and warehouse delivery dates.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Director, the Senior Production Coordinator will manage the production process from purchase order through final delivery for assigned product categories. This role partners with overseas factories and cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve company goals.

This position is based in our New York City office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the production lifecycle from purchase order through shipment.
• Communicate daily with overseas vendors to monitor production and resolve issues.
