Sodexo in Worcester, MA is seeking a Senior Production Cook to join our team. You will prepare and present a variety of hot and cold dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and catered events, while keeping customer service at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Follows complex recipes and/or product directions.
• Produces small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques.
• May oversee production staff training and task assignment.
• Attends work and arrives on time for scheduled shifts.
• Other duties may be assigned based on unit needs.
