Raytheon’s Hardware Integration Center (HWIC) in Andover, MA seeks a Senior Production Control Manager to lead a team of production control professionals and material controllers. You will drive material availability, kit readiness, and schedule releases in MRP-driven systems while coordinating with cross-functional teams such as BOM, process engineering, and operations.

The role requires a strong background in production control, supply chain planning, and leadership, with the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in production control, supply chain, planning, logistics or related fields.
• Experience leading daily team operations and/or comparable leadership roles.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret security clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-visibility area with 10 production control professionals and 3 material controllers.
• Set strategic direction and execute short- to mid-term program and functional initiatives.
• Perform material availability analysis, tracking and reporting.
