Job summary

Photronics Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Manufacturing Line Coordinator to join our Boise, ID manufacturing team.

This on-site role requires leading production control, prioritizing work-in-progress, and coordinating across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Support to meet delivery commitments. The ideal candidate brings extensive production control experience, strong communication, and the ability to guide junior staff while keeping internal teams and customers informed of

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, production control, supply chain, inventory management, scheduling, logistics, or operations coordination.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage WIP and daily priorities to balance customer commitments and constraints.
• Coordinate priority, qualification, expedited, and customer-critical material through bottlenecks.
• Analyze capacity and workflow constraints to reduce aging WIP and improve cycle time.
• Serve as the primary Production Control coordinator during shifts, leading team members and coordinating across functions.
• Oversee inventory and exception management, collaborating with Engineering on holds and dispositions.
