Job summary

Photronics Boise seeks an experienced Sr. Manufacturing Line Coordinator to independently manage production priorities, workflow, and escalations to meet customer delivery commitments.

This on-site role requires guiding teams, communicating status, and driving improvements in cycle time and throughput. You will lead shift production, coordinate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, and Customer Support, and own recovery actions to minimize delays while supporting new

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, production control, supply chain, inventory management, scheduling, logistics, or operations coordination.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production flow, inventory management, and production control principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple functions.
• Proficiency with ERP, MES, production tracking, or manufacturing information systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently monitor and manage WIP, balancing priorities to meet customer commitments and production needs.
• Lead shift production passdowns and guide junior personnel.
• Communicate plate status, delivery risks, and recovery plans to Sales, Customer Service, and customers.
• Own escalations and drive cross-functional recovery from constraints and downtime.
• Support improvements to cycle time, throughput, and inventory management.
