Qualifications

• 8+ years in equipment maintenance, engineering support, or related technical roles in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
• In-depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems used in manufacturing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to equipment maintenance, reliability, or process support.
• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues requiring initiative and advanced problem solving.
• Determine methods for assigned work and implement practical solutions to equipment failures.
• Conduct root-cause analyses of equipment failures and recommend improvements.
• Share knowledge and mentor technicians during complex repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to resolve production issues affecting quality and throughput.
• Support equipment installations, modifications, and recovery efforts as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve uptime and reliability.
• Maintain thorough documentation of issues, actions, and performance observations.
• Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
