Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years experience in semiconductor industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with data analytics and manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support new product introduction and manufacturing execution initiatives.
• Analyze production data and develop reporting tools to improve delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Customer Engineering, Integration and Line Control teams for successful product launches.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects focused on productivity and efficiency.
• Support AI & data analytics using Microsoft Suite, SQL and Python.
