Job summary

AV in West Valley City, UT is seeking a Production Control Clerk III to coordinate and control work orders and movement between Production and Flight Team. This regular full-time role requires attention to detail and strong MRP system experience.

You will monitor shortages, work with Purchasing, Quality, and Production Planners, update the rework board, and ensure timely item issuance to work orders, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years in a production environment.
• Experience with MRP systems and work orders.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Understanding Bills of Material structures.

Responsibilities

• Executes material repair orders to move product between cells.
• Coordinates and addresses part shortages with Purchasing, Quality and Planning.
• Updates the rework board and coordinates with production planners.
• Expedites identified shortage parts through inspection to work orders.
• Moves urgent product between cells and stockroom with leads.
• Issues items to work orders in sell-off area.
• Notifies planners of shortages or rejected builds.
• Ensures shortages do not sit in SMRB; maintains clean, safe environment.
• Performs moderately difficult tasks with judgement; follows procedures.
