Job summary

The American Academy of Dermatology in Rosemont, IL seeks a Senior Specialist, Production to lead marketing communications requests and manage the IC Division's project intake. You will administer Monday.com boards, drive production schedules, and coordinate printing and mailing workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Creative and Production teams, analyze costs, select vendors, and maintain project data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with purchasing, print production trafficking or business operations.
• Collaboration – Establishes and maintains effective work relationships, works cooperatively in group situations.
• Communication – Apply effective verbal, nonverbal, and written communication methods to achieve desired results.
• Team Player – Able to work effectively with varied people to facilitate the completion of the work by established deadlines.

• Technical skills - MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, and email marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Track marketing communications requests and input project details into the trafficking system; update the job database and provide status reports.
• Coordinate, organize and implement a production schedule for processing requests against timelines and deliverables.
• Lead production/traffic meetings and maintain weekly job status updates for clients and teams.
• Obtain mailing services, procure quotes, and ensure postal requirements are met.
• Verify invoices against quotations and manage budget facets with vendors.
• Provide Monday.com administration and training for staff within the IC Division.
