Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Product Support Sales Manager in Georgia to lead a team of Product Support Sales Representatives and to drive the development and administration of product support marketing programs.

The role requires ten years of heavy equipment experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior sales/management experience is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience.
• Ten years of heavy equipment experience.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Prior experience as a Product Support Sales Representative is preferred.
• Prior sales and management experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily performance of the Parts and Service sales force, including weekly ride along with sales representatives.
• Utilize Caterpillar marketing programs to increase Parts and Service sales within the branches.
• Develop short and long range forecasts, objectives and action plans.
• Develop and direct Parts and Service merchandising programs.
• Management product and sales training for Parts and Service salespeople.
• Ensure good customer relations and resolve customer issues as necessary.
• Participate in required safety program and work in a safe manner.
