Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Product Strategy & Operations to help our eCommerce and Membership product teams plan, execute, and learn from their work. You will coordinate operating processes, track progress, and surface insights across the portfolio in an analytical, organized role.

You’ll work with product leaders and cross-functional partners to turn data into clear findings, surface issues, and drive actions.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.
• Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager.

Responsibilities

• Support product planning and reviews by gathering inputs, preparing materials, documenting decisions, and tracking actions.
• Track initiatives, launches, milestones, risks, and dependencies, keeping portfolio information current and surfacing issues.
• Generate portfolio insights by connecting business metrics, product performance, experiments, customer feedback, and team updates.
• Build dashboards and reports; validate data and explain gaps.
• Support launch and experiment reviews, tracking outcomes and lessons.
• Improve processes through simpler workflows, templates, documentation, and automation.
• Prepare concise leadership summaries and coordinate with product, engineering, analytics, research, and business partners to resolve issues, clarify next steps, and ensure agreed actions are completed across the portfolio.
