Job summary

Walmart Connect is seeking a Distinguished Product Manager to lead enterprise-wide strategy and shape capabilities across Walmart's ecosystem. You will guide roadmaps, governance, and cross-functional alignment to deliver mass adoption and value, while championing responsible AI and data-driven initiatives.

You will mentor talent, oversee MVPs and lifecycle governance, and collaborate with global teams to strengthen competitive positioning through innovative product leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management.
• 13 years’ experience in product management or related area.
• Masters degree preferred (CS/Engineering/Business) with at least 10 years’ PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide product strategy by integrating market trends, competitive dynamics, and business objectives to drive innovation and value creation.
• Own multiple complex product lines, developing strategic frameworks including Whole Product concepts and go-to-market approaches to maximize adoption.
• Drive deep customer understanding through design thinking, journey mapping, and process optimization to identify and prioritize unmet needs.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including roadmap development, MVP rollout, and governance to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
• Guide data-driven decision-making and adoption of emerging technologies, including responsible AI integration.
• Influence senior stakeholders with fact-based narratives to align on complex product initiatives and organizational priorities.
