Job summary

Walmart seeks a Staff Product Manager, Product Analytics to define the analytics strategy across multiple product domains and transform data into actionable product direction. You will instrument products, measure metrics, and partner with data science, engineering, and operations to drive measurable impact in a data-driven environment.

You will own dashboards, experimentation, and advanced analyses while communicating insights to senior stakeholders and influencing product strategy across risk,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management or senior product analytics role.
• Fluency in product metrics; ability to instrument and evolve metrics frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the metrics across multiple domains, identifying what to measure, how to measure it, and how to communicate findings to drive action.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to instrument products and ensure data is captured correctly, completely, and consistently.
• Design and execute analyses that answer key business questions.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that give stakeholders clear visibility into product health and performance.
• Collaborate with data science teams to leverage predictive models, segmentation, and ML-driven signals where they add product value.
• Define experimentation frameworks and guide teams in designing and interpreting tests rigorously.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
