Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s)
• 0-2 plus years of work experience in a financial industry setting preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product operations within assigned platforms.
• Maintain internal document libraries and content repositories for sales and relationship management teams.
• Create, update, and maintain core product marketing materials (pitchbooks, fact sheets, templates, cross-platform collateral).
• Update and maintain existing standard product and cross-platform marketing content.
• Serve existing product investors by handling ad hoc requests and recurring deliverables.
• Update investor communication documents after performance data is processed.
• Participate in cross-functional projects requiring data gathering and analysis.
• Support team projects across platforms with collaboration across departments.
