Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product to support the Consumer Product (CDX) leadership team. CDX owns platforms from the mobile app to AI-driven personalization and risk capabilities, and the role partners with design, engineering, and analytics to set product direction and strategy.

You will lead whitespace product development with AI-enabled experiences, align roadmaps, stay current on trends, and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related)
• Or Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Responsibilities

• Lead whitespace product development, with a focus on AI-enabled customer experiences
• Partner closely with design and engineering peers to set product vision and technical roadmaps
• Stay up-to-date on product trends and technology capabilities
• Partner with CDX leaders to answer thorny product questions, leveraging deep technical knowledge and external trends
• Support the organization’s intelligence unit, providing trend and product deep dives to help anticipate headwinds and tailwinds
• Obsess about internal and external customer satisfaction by establishing trusted, close touch relationships with key stakeholders
• Contribute to CDX organization’s product capabilities (e.g., by developing and delivering trainings)
• Role model AI adoption by inventing and spreading solutions that improve work efficiency, quality, and fun
