Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product to drive strategic priorities for the Consumer Product (CDX) leadership team. The role focuses on AI-enabled customer experiences, aligning vision with design and engineering, and delivering forward-looking product roadmaps across core platforms.

You will partner with CDX leaders to navigate complex product questions while advancing the organization’s intelligence unit with data-driven insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or related, or Bachelor’s with 4+ years of PM experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead whitespace product development with a focus on AI-enabled customer experiences.
• Partner with design and engineering to set product vision and roadmaps.
• Stay up-to-date on product trends and technology capabilities.
• Collaborate with CDX leaders to answer thorny product questions leveraging deep technical knowledge.
• Support the organization’s intelligence unit with trend analyses and product insights.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
• Contribute to CDX product capabilities with trainings and enablement.
• Model AI adoption to improve work efficiency, quality, and engagement.
