Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Strategy-CDX to guide strategic priorities for the Consumer Product (CDX) leadership team. The role spans digital engagement platforms, AI-driven tooling, and enterprise risk/product capabilities, aiming to modernize core systems and deliver scalable customer experiences.

You will lead the CDX strategy, partner with leaders, advance AI initiatives, and help the organization anticipate headwinds and tailwinds through analytics and landscape

Qualifications

• Quantitative degree required (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related quantitative field), Business or Marketing.
• Or a Bachelor's degree in any field plus at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual CDX strategy.
• Partner with CDX leaders to answer thorny strategic questions using a consulting-style model.
• Lead priority strategic initiatives for CDX, including AI transformation.
• Support the organization’s intelligence unit with analytics and landscape assessments.
• Set the vision for long-term product innovation with engineering partnerships.
• Obsess about internal and external customer satisfaction with stakeholders across the company.
• Contribute to CDX strategic capabilities through trainings and development.
• Role model AI adoption by spreading solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and fun.
