Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Strategy for the CDX organization to steer annual strategy, partner with CDX leaders, and drive AI-powered product transformation across consumer, developer, and enterprise platforms.

You will work with engineering, data science, and product teams to prototype and scale digital experiences while building trusted relationships with stakeholders and shaping long‑term product innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
• Ability to establish credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g., data scientists, designers, engineers).

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual CDX strategy.
• Partner with CDX leaders to answer strategic questions using a consulting-style model.
• Lead priority strategic initiatives for CDX, including AI transformation.
• Support the organization’s intelligence unit with analytics and landscape assessments.
• Set the vision for long-term product innovation and partner with engineering on prototypes.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to CDX strategic capabilities by delivering trainings.
• Model AI adoption to improve work efficiency, quality, and engagement.
