Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a skilled Product Owner to drive product strategy, requirements, design and innovation across business stakeholders. The role reports to the Senior Product Manager and owns key products from inception through delivery.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineers to define vision, priorities, and ensure successful execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (CS/IT/Business).
• 5+ years in Product Ownership/Management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams and backlog tools (e.g., Jira).

Responsibilities

• Lead product definition with business stakeholders and internal teams.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and require­ments.
• Collaborate with engineering to clarify requirements and trade-offs.
• Define MVP aligned with business objectives and roadmap.
• Communicate planned functionality and delivery progress to stakeholders.
