AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Commercial Auto Product Manager – Autonomous Mobility to lead strategy and launch of future-focused commercial auto insurance products across rideshare, fleets, and autonomous mobility.

You will own product vision, drive end-to-end development, and navigate regulatory requirements while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative coverage and pricing models in a rapidly evolving market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial auto product management, product development, mobility, or adjacent fintech/insurtech roles.
• Experience launching new products in ambiguous or emerging markets.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally across business and technical teams.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities with ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
• Advanced knowledge of telematics and embedded insurance models.
• Experience navigating regulatory uncertainty in insurance or transportation sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data‑driven tools/dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobility and market strategy for next‑generation commercial auto and mobility products.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development from concept to pilot to launch.
• Design innovative coverage structures, pricing approaches, and underwriting concepts.
• Evaluate and shape partnerships with mobility platforms, OEMs, and data providers.
• Communicate strategies to senior leaders and align cross‑functional teams across the organization.
