Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred in Business or quantitative field.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, people management, and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual CDX strategy and priority initiatives, including AI transformation.
• Partner with CDX leaders to answer strategic questions using a consulting-style model.
• Provide analytics, landscape assessments, and deep dives to anticipate headwinds and tailwinds.
• Set the vision for long-term product innovation with engineering collaboration.
• Maintain close relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver trainings to enhance CDX strategic capabilities.
• Model AI adoption to improve work efficiency and outcomes.
