Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Associate, Product Strategy, to support the CDX leadership with strategic priorities across customer digital engagement, including the Capital One app and related platforms. The role blends strategic advisory with hands-on product prototyping, operating like a top-tier consultancy inside a leading technology‑enabled bank.

Qualifications

2+ years of analytical experience
Bachelor's in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration
Master’s degree in Business or quantitative field preferred

Responsibilities

Partner with CDX leaders to answer thorny strategic questions using a consulting-style model
Lead workstreams on priority strategic initiatives for CDX, such as AI transformation
Support the organization’s intelligence unit with analytics, landscape assessments and deep dives
Set the vision for long-term product innovation, partnering with engineering to deliver prototypes
Cultivate trusted stakeholder relationships to gauge internal and external customer satisfaction
Contribute to CDX organization’s strategic capabilities, including trainings
Role model AI adoption by creating solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and fun
