Job summary

Capital One in San Francisco seeks a Senior Associate, Product Strategy to support CDX leadership on strategic priorities across digital engagement, AI transformation, analytics, and product innovation. You’ll partner with engineering and product teams to translate ambitious visions into prototypes and scaled experiences.

You will lead workstreams, answer tough questions, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders while shaping long‑term product strategy.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional analytics experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration; start date required.
Strong customer or product orientation and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with CDX leaders to answer thorny strategic questions using a consulting-style model.
Lead workstreams on priority strategic initiatives for CDX, such as AI transformation.
Support the organization’s intelligence unit with analytics and landscape assessments.
Set the vision for long-term product innovation with engineering collaboration.
Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
Contribute to CDX organization’s strategic capabilities by developing trainings.
Model AI adoption by inventing and spreading efficiency-boosting solutions.
