Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
• A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Responsibilities

• Partner with CDX leaders to answer thorny strategic questions, using a consulting-style model
• Own, end-to-end, major workstreams on priority strategic initiatives for CDX, such as AI transformation
• Support the organization’s intelligence unit, providing analytics, landscape assessments, thematic deep dives, and more to help the organization see around corners and anticipate headwinds and tailwinds
• Set the vision for long-term product innovation, including partnering with engineering to deliver product prototypes
• Obsess about internal and external customer satisfaction by establishing trusted, close touch relationships with key stakeholders throughout the company
• Contribute to CDX organization’s strategic capabilities (e.g., by developing and delivering trainings)
• Role model AI adoption by inventing and spreading solutions that improve work efficiency, quality, and fun
