Shield AI’s Advanced Programs Division seeks a Product Strategy & Operations Sr. Lead to strengthen the strategy, proposal development, and daily operations of the Advanced Programs organization.

You will organize cross-functional teams, vet opportunities, and support capture activities for major prime opportunities, translating customer requirements into persuasive, compliant proposals that deliver a clear, cohesive message.

Formación

• Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility and a bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years in defense with 3+ years in direct proposal management or capture leadership for large-scale prime proposals.
• Proven ability to lead matrixed teams through complex proposal development cycles.
• Ability to convert customer needs into clear, compelling proposal content and win themes.
• Mastery of proposal compliance, schedules, content management, and color-team reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Develop proposal strategies, win themes, discriminators, and persuasive narratives.
• Lead cross-functional proposal efforts across Business Development, Engineering, PM, Customer Engagement, Finance, Contracts, and leadership.
• Translate mission needs and technical constraints into compliant proposal content.
• Manage integrated proposal plans, schedules, and volume outlines; coordinate reviews and production.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Drive development of analytically rigorous responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and capability statements.
• Lead and facilitate proposal reviews (blue team to executive) and close corrective actions.
• Monitor government opportunities and participate in capture activities across Shield AI locations.
