Qualifications
- Active secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
- Experience in defense and large-scale prime proposals.
- Track record leading matrixed proposal teams.
- Ability to translate customer needs into compelling content.
- Mastery of proposal compliance, schedules, and reviews.
Responsibilities
- Develop proposal strategies, win themes, discriminators, and narratives.
- Lead cross-functional proposal efforts across BD, Eng, PM, and Contracts.
- Translate requirements into compliant content and persuasive messages.
- Manage integrated proposal plans, schedules, and review cycles.
- Drive color-team reviews and closure actions to deliver winning proposals.
- Maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Support capture trackers, templates, and reusable tools.
