Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Strategy within the Consumer and Developer Experience (CDX) organization. You will guide strategic priorities, partner with engineering and product teams, and act as a strategic advisor and builder to deliver scaled digital experiences across Capital One’s platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA with quantitative concentration preferred.
• Experience in analytics and strategic problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CDX leaders to answer strategic questions using a consulting-style model.
• Own end-to-end major workstreams on priority strategic initiatives for CDX.
• Support analytics, landscape assessments, and deep-dives to anticipate headwinds and tailwinds.
• Set the vision for long-term product innovation and prototype delivery with engineering.
• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
