About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Services Analyst, KYC, reporting to the General Manager of Emerging Markets on our Product Management team. Currently, we are hiring candidates based in the United States, preferably in New York City.

Key Responsibilities

• KYC Compliance Management: Complete KYC requests by answering questionnaires, providing documents, and maintaining communication.
• Customer Onboarding: Organize and manage onboarding files and documents.
• Process Development: Collaborate to design and improve onboarding and customer journey processes.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and counterparties to ensure smooth communication.
• Service Launch Support: Contribute to the development and execution of the KYC services launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a paralegal, law clerk, or in legal tech.
• Prior KYC experience at a bank or private equity fund.
• Experience in designing or optimizing operational workflows.
• Ability to translate business objectives into structured processes.
• Understanding of legal and business operations related to KYC.
• Proactive, future-oriented mindset for early-stage challenges.

Compensation
Base pay range: $137,000—$192,000 USD, with potential for equity, bonuses, or variable compensation. Final package depends on location, experience, and skills.

Locations
Currently hiring in the US (including NYC), APAC (Hong Kong), and EMEA (UK). Specific locations may vary by role.
